Mount Si’s boys soccer team got two goals from Alex Censullo to score a huge 2-0 win on the road Tuesday night over the Bellevue Wolverines which pretty much sealed up a playoff spot for the Wildcats in the Kingco Tournament. Dillon Oord recorded his sixth shutout of the season as Mount Si rebounded from a bad loss last Friday against the Saints.

“We played much better on both sides of the ball tonight,” said Mount Si coach Darren Brown in comments on Mount Si’s soccer website. The Wildcats now await Mercer Island for Senior Night Friday, and this could be an interesting game in more ways than one, we shall see.

Oord’s efforts also earned him praise from the coach. “I am real proud of Dillon and what he is bringing to the team this year,” Brown said.

The game Friday night will be the final home game for seniors Oord, Brandon Snyder, Eric Baumgardner, Zac Miller, Kyle Bauman, Michael Blackmon, Morgan Popp and Izzak Sinclair. Prior to the game, the players and their parents will be honored for their four years as part of the program in a ceremony. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
